My mattress size is 97/195/28 (cm),  it is fit. 

reverse side

The fabric is water-repellent, covering a large area of the mattress.  The sides are so thin you can see through to the other side.  I found a stain that looked like coffee, so I washed it off for the first time in months.

There's no discernible stains on the mattress, so it served its purpose.
